Audio/ Visual
Whether you’re planning the wedding of a lifetime, or the corporate event of the year – our preferred A/V partners can bring (and have brought) it all at Red Space! From DJs, host MCs, live bands, lighting design, décor, audio, photo booths, smoke machines, video projection & LED displays, staging, photo novelties, audience participation technology, and convention services.

Tables, Chairs & Décor
In addition to the (400) white Simon Chairs and (40) 60″ round tables that come at no charge with every Grand Warehouse rental – our preferred furniture partners have every possible table, chairs, bars, stools, cushions, linens, pillows, lounges, rugs, bookcases, hedges, stanchions, backdrops, pipe & drape, and farm tables you could imagine. From unique, up-cycled, eclectic furniture to your standard Chiavari chairs, they’ll work closely with you to design the perfect package to bring your vision to reality!

Photography & Videography
We pride ourselves on creating memories, but they last a lot longer when you capture them with photos and videos! Our preferred photo + videographers are experts at making sure your most precious and exciting moments are never missed at Red Space. They’re also complete pros when it comes to editing and post-production services. In fact, they’re the same pros we use to create content for all our sister companies!

Parking & Valet
There’s no better way to set the stage for an epic event than welcoming guests with our preferred, professional valet services. Valet stands are setup by the front entry of the Hotcards World Headquarters building, which allows you to create an inviting and well-organized reception/registration in the lobby, followed by a stroll down the Red Space Gallery, before entering The Grand Warehouse.

Security
Safety and security is always priority number one, two and three at Red Space. For events requiring security, we work exclusively with Gant Services, lead by former Cleveland Police top-brass, Harry Gant. Security services are determined and arrange by Red Space Security Services staff.
